VISA Instructions

International attendees needed a VISA please note the following procedure:

1. Attendee must have a completed and paid registration for a VISA letter to be issued
2. 1st class mail and email VISA letters will be issued at NO cost
3. Express mail (for attendees that require a hard copy letter) the charge/fee of delivery will be charged to each attendee requesting this service
4. All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received no later than 4 January 2013. There will be an administrative fee of $50.00 deducted from each refund.
